In August 1998, we opened our primary location at 530 N. Monte Vista in Ada, Oklahoma just north of Valley View Regional Hospital.  We were the first practice to implement an Electronic Health Record in this area.  We began with three board certified family practice physicians.  We have since expanded our services to include physician assistants, evening and weekend hours, and additional locations in Noble and Tecumseh.
